Our process begins with a phone call. When you contact us we will get back in touch with you in 24-48 hrs to discuss the scope of your project. Once that happens we will setup an appointment to come out and discuss your ideas with you. It’s important that we understand exactly what you want and when. Here are some things you should be thinking about before the visit:

After the onsite consultation, we will take pictures and measurements of your property and will begin the design process.  We use photo-rendered designs in most cases to illustrate what the end result will be before we start the project.  Once the design is accepted an estimate will be created and a signed proposal with deposit will be required.  This entire process can take 7-14 days depending on the season.
